At PolkaSpots Supafly Wi-Fi, we like to sit near each other so we can talk things through. The problem is that you hear all the phone calls, problems, sales calls and more. You get involved with everything.
And when something needs doing, you tell the person next to you straightaway. This is sometimes fine, but most likely an interruption for the person that’s listening. And they’ll probably forget.
We just started using a collaboration tool that lets us share information with each other and clients. It lets us communicate quickly, plus we can choose when we read the notes.
It’s called Basecamp and it was recommended by a client only a few days ago. Thanks Chris! Already, it’s changed our lives.
